This is what the monkey bread was supposed to turn out like but... we made a few mistakes. But the video is totally worth watching because it's sooo cute!
To begin with.... we used ginger instead of garlic. That was a big mistake. The bottles looked so alike! I just grabbed it off the shelf and Susie dumped it in and I figured out because of the smell. Secondly, the recipe says not to use flaky biscuits and we did because thats all they had at the store. Thirdly, I should of kneaded the biscuits together and stretched them around the whole pan so that it would be like the big piece of bread above and not several little pieces. But even though we messed it all up, it tasted pretty good. So, in case you want to try out this monkey bread and do it the right way, here's the recipe.
By the way, I got the recipe and photo from thecuttingedgeofordinary.blogspot.mx/
In case you don't have a bundt pan:
Garlic Parmesan Pull-Apart Bread
Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Throw the cold stick of butter in a bundt pan and let it melt in the preheating oven. While the butter melts, cut the Grands biscuits into quarters. In a bowl, toss the biscuit pieces, garlic, Italian Seasoning, and Parmesan cheese together. Once the butter is melted, add the biscuit mixture to the pan, sprinkling with any cheese and garlic that gets let behind in the bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for 20- 22 minutes until golden brown. Turn out on a dish and enjoy!
Well, maybe you'll make this recipe and it'll turn out better than mine did and if so, please share about it in the comments below.
